Corporate Venture Capital on the rise

It seems that corporates are increasingly getting into the venture capital business – and not just as an investment strategy, but rather as a way to access new technology, markets and innovations, and to complement their own R&D activities.

The Wall Street Journal has published an interesting article based on a recent report from the Boston Consulting Group about this trend:
