Technology Evaluation/Screening

Technology Evaluation/Screening is a key step in the Technology Transfer Process. It involves evaluating the patentability (and other IP protection options) and conducting a preliminary assessment of the market opportunity and commercialisation potential of an invention or a new technology. This evaluation/screening assists in deciding whether it would be worthwhile investing further time and resources in pursuing the development and commercialisation of the invention/new technology.
