Spam / phishing in the patent domain!

See the following two documents for some misleading supposed patent & trademark
registration documents:

It is not outright fraudulent, because they do mention in the small print that this is a solicitation, that you only need to pay if you want the service, that they are not linked to any of the formal bodies, and that the only service you get for the payment is listing of your info in their database… But it is definitely designed to look formal, and they select their company names to sound official.
You will note e.g. spelling mistakes (‘cataloge’ in the trademark document)
and ‘dodgy’ countries of registration (Czech Republic in the patent document) as
typical give-aways that this is not the ‘real thing’…
